Our scanning process captures a highly accurate 3D model of your facial structure using specialized equipment. Scans are performed either at our studio or by an independent contractor during a scheduled in-home visit. All scans are securely transmitted to 3DCement Studio and used only for the creation of your sculpture.
Production times vary depending on size, detail, and customization. Most sculptures are completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks after your scan. We will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
Once the 3D scan is complete and production has begun, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations, as materials and craftsmanship are already allocated to your custom sculpture. If you wish to delay production, please contact us immediately before production begins.
If damage occurs during shipping, notify us within 7 days by emailing Info@EverSilkSkin.net with your order number, name, and photos of the damage. We will investigate and, if confirmed, repair or remake your sculpture at no additional cost.
Yes. All sculptures include a 3-year limited warranty covering material defects and structural integrity issues not caused by misuse, mishandling, or environmental damage. If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may repair or replace your sculpture at our discretion.
In certain locations, we offer the option of an in-home demo by one of our trained sales associates. During this visit, the associate can show you how the 3D scanning process works and present sample sculptures so you can better understand our craftsmanship. Please note that a demo does not result in the creation of your sculpture unless you place an official order. No personal or biometric data will be captured during the demo unless you provide clear written or text-message consent to proceed with a full scan. Demo appointments are subject to scheduling availability.
We offer a variety of finishes, including natural matte, polished, and specialty surface treatments, so you can choose a look that best complements your space. Standard sizes are available, but because each sculpture is uniquely made, we also accept custom size requests. Larger or non-standard dimensions may require additional production time and cost, but our team will work closely with you to confirm feasibility before production begins.
